IMPORTANT VOTER INFORMATION

Reminder: The DEMOCRATIC PRIMARY is
Tuesday, August 10, 2010.

Voting will take place at the Woodbury Senior/Community Center from 6 am - 8 pm.

Party changes from Unaffiliated to Republican/Democratic can be submitted by mail until August 5 and in person until August 9 at noon. The Woodbury Registrars will be in their office in the Shove Building on Tuesday, July 27, from 5 - 7 pm, in addition to the regular hours of Wednesdays from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., for party registrations.

Absentee ballots are scheduled to be available
on July 20, 2010.

If you know of a 17-year-old, who will be 18 years old prior to Nov 2, and eligible to vote on Nov 2, they may register and vote in the primary on Aug 10.

(NOTE: This rule is NEW in 2010.)

Registering to Vote in Woodbury

Any resident of Woodbury, 18 years of age or over, who is a U.S. citizen, may register to vote in the town clerk's office from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Some means of identification is required.

The two registrars (Democratic and Republican) have regular office hours (Shove Building, front entrance facing Main Street) on Wednesdays from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
